'Vieris' Sauvignon Friuli Isonzo DOC Vie di Romans 2021

The Sauvignon Vieris white wine from the Vie di Romans winery is obtained using exclusively Sauvignon Blanc grapes. The clayey and calcareous soils, rich in mineral salts, are the ideal place to cultivate these vines also thanks to the good microclimatic conditions which ensure luxuriant growth of the vines and quality fruiting. For over a century, this winery has been working with passion and dedication in the production of quality wines, enhancing the characteristics of the territory and perfectly combining tradition and innovation. The production process of Sauvignon Vieris is supervised with great attention starting from the harvest which begins only when the bunches have reached a good degree of ripeness. A soft pressing then takes place, to proceed with fermentation in steel tanks and subsequent refinement in wooden barriques. The result is a white wine with a good body, refined and elegant, savory and with minerality that lends itself to being consumed in moments of joy and light-heartedness with friends.
