Vinopuro's advices
Recommended glass
Glass
Medium Open Goblet
Glass
It is the perfect glass for light and medium-structured red wines; these wines do not require prolonged contact with oxygen to best enhance their bouquet. Indeed, a slightly narrower opening of the glass is recommended: this helps the concentration and the direction of the aromas towards the nose. In this way, the perception of the aromas is increased, enhancing the sensations.

Description
Vigna Lirano Nebbiolo d'Alba is a red wine made by the Rivetto winery, a cellar that interprets an area with a long winemaking tradition in an innovative way. This label is the result of the single-variety vinification of grapes from the local red Nebbiolo grape variety. The owned vineyards are located near Sinio, in the province of Cuneo. Here the vines benefit enormously from the microclimate, sun exposure and mineral richness of the soil. Once the ideal level of ripeness has been reached, the healthiest bunches are harvested by hand after careful selection. In the cellar the processes begin with spontaneous fermentation, which takes place in large terracotta amphorae and only involves the use of indigenous yeasts. The refinement takes place inside the same containers, capable of giving the wine a strong personality. Vigna Lirano Nebbiolo d'Alba is perfect as soon as it is bottled, but it can reserve pleasant sensations even after 2-3 years.
