Vignavella is a white wine with a unique imprint, the result of the skilful fusion of two expressions of the same vine selection grown in two distinct areas of the property, a particular company selection, defined V10, propagated starting from an ancient Catarratto biotype. After manual harvesting, the grapes are crushed and destemmed, followed by cold maceration for about 24 hours and soft pressing with closed lung pneumatic presses, followed by alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature. The maturation takes place in steel and can have a variable duration ranging from six months to a year, with a final refinement in the bottle for about 3 months. On the palate it is rich, structured, full and warm, a wine of great power that stands out for its particular persistence. The intense straw yellow color heralds an explosion of yellow tropical notes on the nose in which yellow peaches, ripe pineapple and mango stand out.
