Vinopuro's advices
Recommended glass
Glass
Medium Open Goblet
Glass
It is the perfect goblet for light and medium-structured rosé wines; these wines do not require prolonged contact with oxygen to best enhance their bouquet. Indeed, a slightly narrower opening of the glass is recommended: this helps the concentration and the direction of the aromas towards the nose. In this way, the perception of the aromas is increased, enhancing the sensations.

Description
Vinudilice Rosato is a wine that is born in the I Vigneri di Milo winery, in the province of Catania. The family-run company is one of the most innovative realities in the Sicilian territory, thanks to a careful and meticulous production that takes place in full respect of man and the environment. The grapes come from the Grecanico, Minnella Bianca and Minnella Nera vines, located on soils of volcanic origin, given the proximity to Etna, mainly rich in minerals. The mild climate, typical of Sicily, helps to give greater expressiveness to the final wine. After the harvest, which takes place in October, we proceed with the direct pressing of the whole grapes, with static and natural decantation of the must, for about 30 hours. Subsequently, the native yeasts are added and the alcoholic fermentation is carried out for a period of 16 days. The refinement takes place in steel tanks for a period of 5 months. Vinudilice Rosato is an intense and complex but delicate wine, perfect for ready to drink.
