'Visadì' Dolcetto Langhe DOC Domenico Clerico 2021

Dolcetto Visadì Langhe DOC is a Piedmontese red wine produced by the Domenico Clerico winery. Expression of Domenico's care and passion for the Langhe area, this red is obtained from 100% Dolcetto grapes. The proof of the quality of the wine also lies in the years of life of the vines from which it is produced: from ten to sixty years. Fermented with maceration on the skins for five/seven days, Dolcetto Visadì Langhe DOC from Domenico Clerico's cellar is left to mature in steel tanks for about ten months. On the palate it is a balanced, full, generous and straightforward wine. Expression of the territorial peculiarities of the Langhe, this red is a perfect wine to be enjoyed in company during a dinner with friends. It is advisable to let it rest in the cellar for three/four years in order to savor and fully appreciate all its characteristics.
