2012 was a complex year, characterized by the alternation of temperatures significantly above or below the average. After an uncertain start due to the high rainfall in April, the course of the season was stable with an August marked by very high temperatures. The harvest in the Chardonnay vineyards began at the end of August, in line with recent years. The grapes were presented at a perfect degree of ripeness with an extremely interesting quality. Quantitatively, the production was lower than the average due to the lower weight of the bunches.
