Glass
It is the perfect glass for structured, intense, aged red wines or potentially suitable for refinement; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is possible by the prolonged contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous cup size.

This wine is ready to be tasted now, with great satisfaction; however, it has qualities that allow it to evolve and refine over time, if properly stored, for at least another 7-8 years.

Description
Barolo DOCG Parussi is an intense and elegant red wine, made by the Piedmontese winery Massolino . It is obtained exclusively from the vinification of grapes of the local Nebbiolo variety, which are grown in the prestigious cru of Castiglione Falletto. The vines reach forty years of age and enjoy optimal sun exposure. The plants place their roots on a substrate rich in limestone, clay and sand. Thanks to these ideal conditions, the vines grow luxuriantly until the meticulous harvest with manual selection of the bunches. In the cellar, the alcoholic fermentation with maceration on the skins lasts an average of two to three weeks and takes place in steel tanks. Refinement follows, which begins with a rest of two and a half years in oak barrels and continues for a year in glass after bottling. Perfect right from the start, Barolo DOCG Parussi is a red for great occasions that can evolve for about ten years if kept with care.
