It is the perfect boblet for red wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is made possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

This wine is ready to be tasted now, with great satisfaction; however, it has qualities that allow it to evolve and refine over time, if properly stored.

Description
The Bramaterra DOC from the Tenute Sella winery is a Piedmontese wine with very ancient origins: in fact, its name appears in a historical source for the first time in the 15th century. The blend mainly includes 70% Nebbiolo grapes plus 20% Croatina and the remaining part Vespolina produced in an enchanting hilly area which is part of the provinces of Biella and Vercelli. The plants around the estate rise on land composed of porphyritic sands of volcanic origin at an altitude of about 300 meters above sea level. The grapes, strictly hand-picked, ferment in stainless steel containers at a controlled temperature for almost a month and are aged in Slavonian oak barrels for just over 2 years before being bottled and placed on the market. The Bramaterra DOC is a wine characterized by a strong personality ready to be tasted immediately but which can further evolve for over 10 years if well kept.
