It is the perfect boblet for red wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is made possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

This wine is ready to be tasted now, with great satisfaction; however, it has qualities that allow it to evolve and refine over time, if properly stored.

Description
The Brunello di Montalcino DOCG Poggio Landi is a refined red wine, produced by Dievole , a Tuscan winery that enhances this territory in an excellent way. The label is obtained from the exclusive vinification of Sangiovese grapes, grown on the vineyards owned by the company which boast particular peculiarities. The vineyards are located on an area ranging from 180 to 500 meters above sea level and therefore enjoy a microclimate that varies considerably depending on the parcel. The harvest involves careful manual selection to identify only the best bunches. After the alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature in the cellar, the refinement phase begins in fine French oak barrels, where the wine remains for a good three years. Following bottling, the wine rests for another six months in the bottle. The Brunello di Montalcino DOCG Poggio Landi can be appreciated immediately, but boasts all the potential to evolve for another 5-6 years in the cellar.
