Vinopuro's advices
Recommended glass

Glass
It is the perfect glass for structured, intense, aged red wines or potentially suitable for refinement; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is possible by the prolonged contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous cup size.

Description
Brunello di Montalcino DOCG Riserva is an elegant and structured red wine produced by the Tuscan winery Le Macioche . This label is obtained from the vinification of only Sangiovese grapes, a native vine very common in the area of central Italy. The twenty-five year old vines are located at about 450 meters above sea level in the heart of the appellation. The vineyards enjoy favorable conditions, such as exposure to the sun and the microclimate, which allow the plants to grow luxuriantly up to the harvest with manual selection. Only the best bunches are transported to the cellar, where they are left to ferment by macerating in contact with the skins. For the refinement, the company prefers the use of large and precious oak barrels, in which the wine remains for just over three years. Brunello di Montalcino DOCG Riserva is a red that boasts enormous potential for further evolution, as it gives pleasant sensations even after 11-12 years.
