Rhum Blanc Agricole Canne Bleue is the only rum in the world that is produced exclusively from the renowned blue sugar cane. The Clément distillery is located in the French Antilles and precisely in Martinique, which is the island where rhum agricole was born, that is rum obtained from sugar cane juice and not from the molasses of this plant. The waters of volcanic origin that flow from Mount Pelée are the other raw material with which this precious agricultural rum is made. The distillery is considered a true historical monument of the island, so much so that it is visited every year by thousands of admirers. The production methods are jealously handed down from generation to generation, always in compliance with the denomination of controlled origin, AOC, to which 23 countries of the island adhere. After distillation in column stills and aging in American oak barrels, the Rhum Blanc Agricole Canne Bleue complex is ready to embellish special occasions.
