Vinopuro's advices
Recommended glass

Glass
It is the perfect glass for structured, intense, aged red wines or potentially suitable for refinement; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is possible by the prolonged contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous cup size.

This wine is ready to be tasted now, with great satisfaction; however, it has qualities that allow it to evolve and refine over time, if properly stored, for at least another 7-8 years.

Description
Chianti Classico DOCG is a wine produced at the Val delle Corti cellar in Radda in Chianti. The company stands out for its quality and completely artisanal manufacturing method. The grapes come from the Sangiovese and Canaiolo vines, grown on land located at 450 meters above sea level, rich in marl, limestone and skeleton and favored by the typical mild climate of Tuscany. The cultivation system is organic, in order to best enhance all the fruits of the territory. After the manual harvest, spontaneous fermentation and maceration by punching down for 3 weeks in steel containers is carried out. About 30% of the mass remains on the skins for 4 months and before being put on the market, the wine needs to be aged for 2 years in Slavonian barrels and 3 months in the bottle. Chianti Classico DOCG is a full-bodied and elegant wine, perfect for immediate drinking, but it can also evolve in the cellar for about 3 or 4 years before tasting.
