Glass
It is the perfect boblet for red wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is made possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

This wine is ready to be tasted now, with great satisfaction; however, it has qualities that allow it to evolve and refine over time, if properly stored, for at least another 2-3 years.

Description
The Chianti Classico DOCG from the Buondonno winery is an authentic and refined red, produced in the vineyards of Casavecchia, Sicelle and Sicellino, located halfway between Florence and Siena. Here the soil is made up of a soil rich in clay and limestone and a cold climate in winter, but dry in summer, elements that produce fine, elegant grapes and high quality wines. This red is vinified in purity from Sangiovese grapes, a vine with very ancient origins: it seems in fact it was already known and appreciated by the Etruscan population. Gabriele Buondonno has added the purity and balance offered by organic farming to the excellent quality of Sangiovese. In the cellar, the vinification takes place with a first fermentation on indigenous yeasts, followed by an aging of 12 months in oak barrels. It is precisely the intimate embrace with the wood that gives the Chianti Classico DOCG a fresh but persistent and full character. Equipped with a smooth drinkability, it is perfect when young, but surprising after an average evolution in the cellar.
