'Ciparisso' Sangiovese Suvereto DOCG La Fralluca 2016

Ciparisso Sangiovese Suvereto DOCG is an elegant red wine produced by the La Fralluca winery . It is obtained from the exclusive vinification of Sangiovese grapes, the most common dark grape variety in the territories of central Italy. The owned vineyards are located in a particularly suitable context and can benefit from factors such as the microclimate and soil fertility. The vines grow luxuriant also thanks to the skilful work carried out among the rows, which culminates with the manual selection of the best bunches during the harvest. In the cellar the grapes are left to ferment in large steel tanks at a strictly monitored temperature. Both the malolactic fermentation and the refinement take place inside oak barriques and tonneaux, where the wine remains for a year and a half, to then rest in the bottle for another two years. Perfect right from the start, Ciparisso Sangiovese Suvereto DOCG can be enjoyed with satisfaction even after 6-7 years of rest in the cellar.
