'Corte del Lupo' Curtefranca Bianco DOC Ca' del Bosco 2020

Classic blend of Franciacorta, the "Corte del Lupo Bianco", which is obtained from grapes from 11 vineyards, the best of the estate, which thus guarantee a raw material of absolute quality. The fragrance of the fruit of the Chardonnay and the elegance of the Pinot Blanc come together perfectly. The grapes, harvested by hand in small crates, are pressed with absolute attention. Only the best must gives rise to this wine, about 1/4 of which is vinified in small oak barrels used the year before for the Chardonnay. The remaining part is vinified in steel tanks. After 6 months of aging on their lees, without malolactic fermentation, the wines are assembled; no addition of sulphites in this phase, to guarantee integrity and wholesomeness. In the glass this excellent wine is characterized by a pleasant and intense olfactory profile of tropical fruit and citrus; the sip is full, enveloping and dry, with mineral contours. Elegance emerges after every sip, making it really pleasant to drink: you would never stop sipping it!
