'Filagnotti' Gavi DOCG Cascina degli Ulivi - Bellotti 2018

Filagnotti is an excellent white wine obtained from a careful selection of Cortese grapes grown in an area with an ideal climate for this grape. In fact, the vineyards are located on silty and clayey red soils, perfectly exposed towards the South-West. Filagnotti, obtained by destemming and gentle pressing of the grapes, is a medium-bodied wine characterized by a ferrous minerality, harmonious on the palate and with a strong character. Much appreciated by enthusiasts, it is ideal to accompany a dinner with friends with meat dishes. It is produced by the Cascina degli Ulivi Bellotti winery, a 360° agricultural reality since in addition to wine production it deals with cattle breeding and is also a splendid agritourism. It belongs to the Triple A association and is one of the first companies in Italy to have embraced the philosophy of biodynamic agriculture. This white can be appreciated immediately or left to rest for a while in the cellar. It is a wine of rare vigor, sapid, persistent and very pleasant to the sip, truly unique and passionate.
