Frack Amaro serale is a liqueur born in the Vecchio Magazzino Doganale distillery. The agricultural company represents one of the most important realities of the Calabrian territory, by virtue of the attention to raw materials and the quality of the products made. The distillate is produced by assembling three different infusions of spices and herbs from the area. All processing phases are carried out according to the artisan spirit, thanks to the precise desire to preserve the natural cycle of the earth and its fruits. The preparation requires the rural infusion at 50 °C of rhubarb, oregano, rosemary and eucalyptus, to which the separate infusions of vanilla, grapefruit, bitter orange, sweet orange and lemon are mixed. To make the amaro, the late harvest and manual destemming are carried out for a total time of 12 months, followed by a rest in the bottle for 50 days.
