The Granato Teroldego Vigneti delle Dolomiti IGT from the renowned Elisabetta Foradori farm is the most representative red wine of the entire company production. A real icon that embodies the identity of the winery and that of the territory of origin, i.e. the three vineyards of Campo Rotaliano. Produced from the vinification of 100% Teroldego grapes, this red has an original name, ideally originating from the union of two Mediterranean fruits, the pomegranate and the grape; this is where the name Granato comes from. An exceptional biodynamic wine, which has obtained several national and international awards. The result of a rigorously hand-picked harvest whose carefully selected grapes are fermented in open vats, the Granato Teroldego Vigneti delle Dolomiti IGT ages for 15 months in wooden barrels. The result is an intense and very concentrated wine, a structured red for a label that is characterized by its unique and unmistakable aroma. Excellent drunk now, thanks to its good evolution, it is extraordinary left to rest in the cellar for a few years.
