Grappa UvaViva Italiana is the daughter of a territory particularly suited to the production of high quality distillates. In fact, it was born in Veneto, in the Bassano del Grappa area, by the Jacopo Poli distillery, active since 1898. History, traditions and a great passion for the creation of exclusive distillates characterize both the work of the Poli family and the UvaViva Italiana grappa, produced for the first time during the 80s. Transparent and fresh, genuine and with a young and immediate drinkability, this distillate is obtained from strongly aromatic vines. It is made up of Malvasia and Moscato Bianco grapes which give this marc brandy an original and inimitable aromatic profile. Produced with traditional distillation methods, the grappa is handcrafted with a classic bain-marie alembic, called Athanor. Winning choice that gives the must that perfect warming, homogeneous and sweet, capable of transforming it into a nectar to drink on any occasion and with which to refresh and delight the palate at the end of the meal.
