Glass
It is the perfect boblet for red wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is made possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

This wine is ready to be tasted now, with great satisfaction; however, it has qualities that allow it to evolve and refine over time, if properly stored.

Description
Gratus Nebbiolo Colline Novaresi DOC is a red wine made by the Podere ai Valloni winery, a production reality dedicated to enhancing a terroir with enormous potential. The label is obtained from the single-variety vinification of grapes of the local Nebbiolo variety, coming from the Vigna Cristiana cru. The vines sink their roots into a porphyritic substrate and are cultivated using the Guyot and Silvoz systems, in accordance with the provisions of certified organic farming. The manual harvest allows you to select only the bunches that have reached full maturity. Upon arrival in the cellar, the grapes are softly pressed, followed by alcoholic fermentation for about 8 days in large steel tanks. The refinement involves a one-year rest in large oak barrels before bottling. Perfect immediately, Gratus Nebbiolo Colline Novaresi DOC can reserve pleasant surprises even after 4 or 5 years.
