Large Goblet
Glass
It is the perfect boblet for red wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is made possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

This wine is ready to be tasted now, with great satisfaction; however, it has qualities that allow it to evolve and refine over time, if properly stored.

Description
Borro Toscana Rosso IGT Bio is a structured and intense wine, produced by the Il Borro winery. It is the fruit of a blend that includes three international grape varieties, namely Merlot (50%), Cabernet Sauvignon (35%) and Syrah (15%). The plots are located approximately 300 meters above sea level. When the ideal degree of ripeness of the grapes is reached, the manual harvest allows only the best bunches to be identified. The grapes are left to macerate on the skins for about three weeks at a controlled temperature. The subsequent alcoholic fermentation lasts about ten days, while the malolactic fermentation takes place in wooden barrels. The aging takes place in first passage oak barriques, where the wine remains for about a year and a half. The process ends with a rest in glass for eight months after bottling. Perfect to be enjoyed right away, Il Borro Toscana Rosso IGT Bio boasts considerable potential for further evolution over a few years.
