The still and dry red "Juvenia" Coste della Sesia Nebbiolo DOC is one of the most interesting expressions of the Antoniolo winery which operates in Gattinara, a land historically suited to viticulture so much so that Pliny the Elder, in Roman times, already celebrated its qualitative characteristics. We are in the province of Vercelli, a few kilometers from the Biella area in one of the areas where Nebbiolo reigns supreme. It is a bright and well-ventilated area that has built its identity around the cultivation of this wonderful vine since the 18th century. The red "Juvenia" Coste della Sesia Nebbiolo DOC is obtained from 100% Nebbiolo grapes using minimally invasive processing methods. The production philosophy of the winery is clear: the vineyards are all owned by the company, each label is obtained from its own grapes and only natural practices are adopted in the cellar. As the name suggests, the label is a young and highly drinkable red immediately, with good aging potential.
