: It is the perfect glass for structured, intense, aged red wines or potentially suitable for refinement; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is possible by the prolonged contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous cup size.

Longevity: This wine is ready to be tasted now, with great satisfaction; however, it has qualities that allow it to evolve and refine over time, if properly stored, for at least another 7-8 years.

Description

Valpolicella Ripasso "La Casetta" is the result of the careful refermentation technique with the pomace of Recioto (precisely Ripasso), from which an absolutely original wine is obtained, with incomparable characteristics of softness and complexity. A sumptuous refresher. It has a deep ruby red color with violet hues, an intense aroma and a full-bodied flavor with notes of dried fruit. The intense aroma has hints of cherry and spices. Your palate will thank you when, from the first sip, it discovers a warm, full-bodied flavor with notes of dried fruit. Is in the kitchen? Magnificent with all types of grilled and braised red meat, game with a strong flavor and aged cheeses. Excellent.
