Minor Case Straight Rye Whiskey is one of the flagship products of the American company Limestone Branch Distillery . Located in Lebanon, a small town in Kentucky, it has been offering numerous variations of bourbon and alcoholic blends for over a century. More specifically, the Minor Case is a direct reference to the founder of the distillery and provides for the exclusive use of products originating in the supply chain. The water comes from Kentucky and the same can be said for the raw materials, namely cereals such as malt, barley and wheat. The stills used for the distillation are of high quality and are made of copper, with regular maintenance throughout the year. The whiskey ages for 6 months in second passage sherry casks, which thus give it further fruity notes. Minor Case Straight Rye Whiskey is an interesting product and should be enjoyed slowly. Very suitable for special occasions, it is able to conquer the palate by virtue of its important body and its refined scents.
