'Mimuèt' Pinot Noir Dolomiti Rosso IGT Alois Lageder 2021

Mimuèt Pinot Noir Dolomiti Rosso IGT is a label from the Alois Lageder range, a symbol of the South Tyrolean territory. It is obtained from Pinot Noir grapes, grown in the vineyards of Missiano and Pochi and vinified alone. This wine manages to exemplify its terroir in a very faithful way, the result of an altitude and an exposure that create the optimal conditions for the growth of the grapes. Thanks to the unique microclimate, the grapes can reach perfect ripeness. The bunches are selected during the harvest to keep the quality level high. In the cellar, the fermentation and aging processes take a year and are divided between steel and French oak, in search of an unparalleled balance. This is how Mimuèt Pinot Noir Dolomiti Rosso IGT was born, a red of extraordinary elegance, suitable for celebrating the most important moments. By virtue of its characteristics, it can be left to mature for up to five years in the cellar before opening.
