Nebbiolo Langhe DOC Parusso 2021

Nebbiolo Langhe DOC is a wine produced at the Parusso winery in Monforte d'Alba. Located in one of the most suitable areas for viticulture, the company stands out for its labels full of charm and harmony. The grapes come from the Nebbiolo vineyards, grown in purity on lands exposed to the South / West at about 350 meters above sea level and composed of clay, sand, sandstone and marl. After the manual harvest, the best bunches are selected and transported to the cellar and destemmed. Subsequently, the maceration of the must on the skins takes place, while the next phase is that of spontaneous alcoholic fermentation. The refinement, lasting 12 months, takes place in oak barrels in contact with indigenous yeasts. Nebbiolo Langhe DOC is an intense and structured wine, which is well suited for immediate drinking, but can evolve in the cellar for over 5 years before being tasted.
