'Jo' Salento Negroamaro IGT Gianfranco Fino 2020

From the best grapes of Salento and the experience of the Gianfranco Fino winery comes Negroamaro 'Jo', a wine with a strong taste that represents the essence of the Salento plains. 'Jo' stands for Mar Jonio, in honor of the sea that bathes his homeland. The Negroamaro 'Jo' comes from the vineyards of Manduria, rooted on large expanses of red earth. After carefully selecting the finest grapes, the must is fermented in large steel tanks to acquire the character that will then distinguish it. It is then left to age in oak barrels for twelve months before being bottled. Negramaro 'Jo' is a soft and well-balanced red wine. Its refinement makes it suitable for any occasion, in particular to be enjoyed during a dinner to enhance the taste of rich meat main courses. Already ready to consume today, it acquires refinement and elegance after a few years of aging.
