Glass
It is the perfect boblet for red wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is made possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

This wine is ready to be tasted now, with great satisfaction; however, it has qualities that allow it to evolve and refine over time, if properly stored.

Description

His name, "Pistìn", comes from the Langa dialect and indicates a precise and quirky person or, alternatively, an excessively elegant gagà. Perhaps in contrast, this Barbaresco is instead measured, sober, elegant, in short, never pimping. Great care is taken in the cultivation of the grapes, of course, which arrive in the cellar after a rigorously manual harvest. A red that matures 18 months in Slavonian oak barrels, as well as spending another 7 months in steel tanks after the final blend. Finesse, but also olfactory and gustatory intensity, with a well-present tannin but balanced and smoothed by the aging in wood. Excellent aging potential.
