The package contains 5 different grappas in 100 ml "baby" format, in order to allow the buyer to be able to taste the different types of grappa. All the grappas contained in the Poli Jacopo Barrel Experience package follow a precise production cycle. The pomace, in fact, is fermented for a short period before being sent for distillation. The most important phase is that of maturation which takes place in French oak barrels which allow the individual characteristics of the distillates to be enhanced.
