Grapes: 100% Primitivo. We are in the heart of Puglia and this historic and important native grape is grown and processed with great care. Vinification: after destemming the grapes (without crushing), the must ferments in contact with the skins for 6-7 days at a temperature of 24-25° C. It is subsequently aged partly in oak barriques and partly in steel. Aging capacity: 3 and more years. It has an intense ruby red color and an ample and persistent bouquet with perceptible hints of plum and cherry. On the palate: dry, warm, balanced. Intense wine, it is practically drinkable and enjoyable, with excellent value for money.
