It is the perfect goblet for white wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile and this is possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

Description

Riesling Trocken Magnum is a characteristic white wine produced in the beautiful town of Nierstein, near the Rhine river; wine that was born in the Guntrum cellar, known for its ancient experience in the wine sector. The vineyard area during the grape ripening period is characterized by a cold climate, the sloping terrain, at the same time favors the exposure of the grapes to the sun. These peculiar characteristics give life to the Riesling Trocken Magnum. The grape variety of this wine is made up of small and numerous white berries. The remarkable percentage of acidity, a lower alcoholic component and a very low residual percentage as regards the sugar component, are the distinctive and characterizing elements of Riesling Trocken Magnum. The vinification takes place through the use of large barrels. Riesling Trocken Magnum is a dry and light wine, moreover, thanks to its prevalence of acidity, it lends itself very well to ageing, even for several years.
