Vinopuro's advices
Recommended glass
Glass
Medium Open Goblet
Glass
It is the perfect goblet for light and medium-structured white wines; these wines do not require prolonged contact with oxygen to best enhance their bouquet. Indeed, a slightly narrower opening of the glass is recommended: this helps the concentration and the direction of the aromas towards the nose. In this way, the perception of the aromas is increased, enhancing the sensations.

Description
Roero Arneis DOCG signed by Bruno Giacosa is the result of the cellar's love for this unique territory, perfectly enhanced in a delicate and fragrant white wine. The vines from which the Arneis grapes come, destined to be vinified alone, can count on particularly favorable conditions. The microclimate and the soil composed of sandstone and marl contribute to the optimal development of the bunches, which are harvested as soon as they reach the perfect degree of ripeness. In the cellar, the grapes are left to ferment spontaneously and then to refine for no more than four months. Both phases take place inside stainless steel containers, the purpose of which is to preserve the freshness and minerality of the wine intact. Another short period of rest in the bottle before being marketed allows Roero Arneis DOCG to complete its evolution. This wine is perfect to be enjoyed immediately, even if it can be left in the cellar for up to 3 or 4 years.
