Vinopuro's advices
Recommended glass
Glass
Medium Open Goblet
Glass
It is the perfect goblet for light and medium-structured white wines; these wines do not require prolonged contact with oxygen to best enhance their bouquet. Indeed, a slightly narrower opening of the glass is recommended: this helps the concentration and the direction of the aromas towards the nose. In this way, the perception of the aromas is increased, enhancing the sensations.

Description
Sass Rigais Müller Thurgau Alto Adige DOC is an aromatic white wine produced by the South Tyrolean winery Manni Nössing , a reality capable of enhancing the terroir on the border with Austria. The label is the result of the single-variety vinification of Müller Thurgau grapes, a local variety that stands out for its unmistakable aromas. The vineyards rise about 800 meters above sea level and enjoy ideal conditions for the development of the plants up to the time of the harvest with meticulous manual selection of the bunches. The vinification begins with the delicate pressing of the grapes, which are then placed to ferment spontaneously inside temperature-controlled steel tanks. In the same vats the wine ages for two months in contact with the fine lees, and then rests in the bottle until it is put on the market. Sass Rigais Müller Thurgau Alto Adige DOC can be appreciated immediately, as well as after a further development of 2 or 3 years.
