Vinopuro's advices
Recommended glass
Glass
Medium Open Goblet
Glass
It is the perfect goblet for light and medium-structured white wines; these wines do not require prolonged contact with oxygen to best enhance their bouquet. Indeed, a slightly narrower opening of the glass is recommended: this helps the concentration and the direction of the aromas towards the nose. In this way, the perception of the aromas is increased, enhancing the sensations.

Description

The Alto Adige Sauvignon DOC from the prestigious South Tyrolean winery Tramin is an unforgettable prestigious white, which best conveys both the characteristics of the Sauvignon vine and those of the terroir. An elegant label, the result of the vinification of 100% Sauvignon grapes, coming from hillside vineyards cultivated in the Südtirol - Alto Adige DOC denomination area. A successful white that has obtained various national and international awards, including that of the American magazine Wine Enthusiast. Alto Adige Sauvignon DOC is a wine with good longevity which can be left to mature in the cellar for 3-5 years. After the manual harvesting of the grapes, these are taken to the cellar, where they are subjected to soft pressing, followed by a vinification in steel, after which the wine ages in the same fermentation containers. The result is a very refined white that honors this French vine grown all over the world. A label that invites you to sip, fresh, pleasant and surprising, for a wine of excellent persistence that emerges for its satisfying simplicity.
