Sauvignon Alto Adige DOC Walch Elena 2022

The Sauvignon Alto Adige DOC white wine from the Elena Walch winery is obtained using exclusively fine Sauvignon grapes. The vineyards are located on soils of glacial origin with a calcareous and clayey structure rich in mineral salts. They also combine favorable microclimatic conditions which allow for excellent quality grapes to be obtained. This winery is a point of reference in the wine sector of the region which perfectly enhances the reference territory. To produce the Sauvignon Alto Adige DOC wine, each phase is carefully managed. After the harvest and a soft pressing, the must is fermented at a controlled temperature with a final period in contact with the lees. Maturation takes place partly in steel and partly in wooden barrels with final assembly before aging in the bottle. The wine obtained is refined and elegant, with a great structure, ideal to accompany an aperitif or an elegant dinner.
