Trentino Marzemino DOC is a refined red wine produced by the Letrari winery, founded by the family of the same name in the province of Trento in the mid-1970s. The company is known for its philosophy, based on a profound cult of terroir, nature and environmental sustainability. During the manufacturing process, human intervention is limited as much as possible, in order to obtain authentic, genuine, artisanal wines. Equipped with soft tannins and a velvety body, Trentino Marzemino DOC is characterized by an extraordinary harmony of aromas and flavours. The complex bouquet is due to the double refinement process, first in steel and then in the bottle, before the product is marketed. The red in question is obtained from Marzemino vines, known and used in Italy since the 15th century: the grapes are harvested manually in crates and subjected to maceration in stainless steel tanks. From these operations derives a wine of great personality and elegance, to be drunk young.
