'Trifole' Dolcetto d'Alba Bruno Rocca 2021

The Dolcetto d'Alba DOC Trifolé from the prestigious Piedmontese winery Bruno Rocca is a satisfying red, fruit of Dolcetto grapes grown in the countryside of the municipality of Barbaresco, in the Dolcetto d'Alba DOC denomination area. This wine, which is characterized by its strong link with the territory, is produced from the skilful vinification of 100% Dolcetto grapes and is an expression of the highest respect for the Langhe winemaking tradition. Dolcetto d'Alba DOC Trifolé is a terroir wine, which takes shape from carefully selected and hand-picked grapes which, once in the cellar, undergo natural fermentation in steel vats, after which the wine is aged in the same containers finally it is bottled, without filtration or clarification. The result is an elegant and brilliant red. A wine with a warm and round sip, for an enveloping label that emerges for its great softness and its persistence.
