Vermentino Bolgheri DOC Tenuta Meraviglia - Dievole 2021

Vermentino Bolgheri DOC Tenuta Meraviglia is a refined white wine from the Dievole winery, a Tuscan winery that has always valued the denomination. This wine is mainly obtained from grapes of the local Vermentino variety, present for 90%, to which 10% of the French Viogner vine is added. The vines owned by the company arise on land with a high presence of minerals and enjoy the perfect conditions to produce luxuriant bunches, which are harvested manually. The vinification involves a first soft pressing of the grapes, which is then followed by a one-month alcoholic fermentation on indigenous yeasts inside concrete tanks. For the refinement, the company always focuses on concrete tanks, which allows to maintain the varietal freshness. The wine rests for a few months on its lees before being filtered and bottled. Excellent right from the start, Vermentino Bolgheri DOC Tenuta Meraviglia can remain for about 2 or 3 in the cellar, acquiring even more complex and intriguing scents.
