It is the perfect goblet for light and medium-structured white wines; these wines do not require prolonged contact with oxygen to best enhance their bouquet. Indeed, a slightly narrower opening of the glass is recommended: this helps the concentration and the direction of the aromas towards the nose. Description

The Bianco Toscano "VERMENTINO" is produced exclusively with Vermentino grapes, a white grape variety that is best expressed in hilly areas. The grapes, harvested entirely by hand at the right degree of ripeness, are pressed and left to ferment alone at low temperatures, thus obtaining a white wine with character. The nose has fruity scents, with interesting aromatic notes of yellow peach. On the palate it is pleasantly dry and mineral, with an excellent structure and great softness. Its characteristics make it ideal to accompany fish soups, grilled fish and seafood. Also excellent as an aperitif, it goes very well with vegetable-based first courses.
