: It is the perfect glass for structured, intense, aged red wines or potentially suitable for refinement; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is possible by the prolonged contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous cup size.
Temperature: 18-20 °C
Longevity: This wine is ready to be tasted now, with great satisfaction; however, it has qualities that allow it to evolve and refine over time, if properly stored, for at least another 7-8 years.

Description

Barolo Villero is a great red wine produced by the Oddero winery with the use of excellent 100% Nebbiolo grapes, as required by the DOCG. A truly unique red that is aged in wood, in oak barrels, for about 30 months and then rested in the bottle for a year before being marketed. A special wine full of nuances, excellent on the palate and well structured. Great finesse, persistence and infinite longevity. The Oddero winery, which produces this excellent red, works with professionalism and passion in a splendid area in the heart of the Langhe, always cultivating and making wine only from the grapes of its own vineyards. Barolo Villero is a product of the highest quality and a perfect example of balance, persistence, intensity and elegance.
