Whiskey Single Malt 'Organic' Benromach 2013 70 Cl with Box

The Single Malt Organic Whiskey from the Benromach distillery comes from the use of selected barley malt from organic farming. We are dealing with a whiskey that represents one of the flagship products of the distillery, which is certified by the UK Soil Associationn which certifies that the production cycle is carried out following organic standards. This company, founded in 1898, has been producing distillates of excellent quality for about 25 years, making use of precious raw materials, both in terms of malt and water. As mentioned, to produce Single Malt Organic whiskey we start from a careful selection of barley malt. Immediately after maceration, we move on to distillation, carried out in large copper stills, and then followed by a long period of maturation in oak barrels. The bottling is then carried out by diluting the whiskey with water from sources characterized by pure and sweet waters. The "Organic" is a Single Malt Whiskey that presents itself with a golden, slightly amber color. The sense of smell is full of sweet scents, which turn from citrus fruits to spices. On the palate it has an excellent body, warm, with a dry sip and here too the spicy veins return. Overall very balanced and vibrant.
