Glass
It is the perfect goblet for white wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile and this is possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

This wine is ready to be tasted now, with great satisfaction; however, it has qualities that allow it to evolve and refine over time, if properly stored.

Description

When Nature raises its voice you must respect the role and stick to ethics, every producer has one. In difficult years, when the climatic trend prostrates the vine with drought or torrential rains, the instinct of the most exasperated creativity is triggered, accepting the basis that Nature wanted to give. This is how the "della Bora" wines are born, special labels, faithful testimonies of a demanding year with yields of around 10 - 20 quintals per hectare (therefore very low), which express unrepeatable suggestions and nuances. In this case, we have Istrian Malvasia and Vitovska, native vines of a territory with the characteristic rough, harsh, arid expressions. However, the presence of Malvasia gives aromaticity, intense but elegant aromas for a fine wine, but with a proud and important structure. Very interesting.
