It is the perfect boblet for red wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is made possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

Description

Typicality and territory come together in the best Lagrein from the Niklas company. A charismatic, authentic and strong wine like a bison. 17 days of fermentation in open steel tanks with frequent movements of the must. Malolactic fermentation that takes place in large oak barrels. Subsequent aging in barriques for a maximum period of 18 months. Colour: intense ruby red. Smell: complex notes of ripe blueberry and violet fruit combine with the tertiary aromas given by the aging in barrique. Taste: full-bodied, very present tannins. Structured and complex wine, for long ageing. Elegant and sumptuous. A perfect wine for large dishes, ideal with red meats and game.
