'Sonne' Riesling Weingut R'A Pfaffl 2023

The Sonne Riesling Österreich QbA Trocken is a quality white wine that is produced by the Weingut R&A Pfaffl winery . The main estates of the Austrian maison are located in Stetten, in the Weinviertel area, an area particularly suitable for the cultivation of vines. The soils are rich in löss, a very fine sediment full of nutrients. The marked temperature difference between day and night completes the characteristics of the wine region. At the base of the wine there are 100% Riesling grapes, harvested in early October. The best white berried grapes are selected manually, destemmed and the must obtained is left to rest for 8-9 hours. Fermentation is at controlled temperature, followed by transfer to steel tanks for refinement. The wine is finally bottled and can be consumed after a few months of ageing.
