'Assajé' Isola dei Nuraghi Carignano IGT Capichera 2021

Assaje, the first red produced by the famous winery of Arzachena Capichera, is a wine with the Isola dei Nuraghi Typical Geographical Indication, the result of a great oenological wisdom, the same that has passed through the millennial civilization of the Sardinians. Obtained from 100% Carignano grapes from the Sulcis and Gallura vineyards, this wine is the result of a successful experiment, hence its name, assaje, in fact, in the Gallura alloglot language it means "it is already something". A full-bodied wine, this Carignano is good drunk in the year it is released for consumption, but it is exceptional if left to age for 4-5 years in the cellar. The result of a skilful vinification in steel, the wine is then left to rest for a year in French oak barriques. The result is an important red that perfectly combines complexity and drinkability. In fact, Assaje is a strongly territorial red, a balanced wine that stands out for its good structure and intensity. A label that interprets the Gallura terroir well, giving life to a successful wine cited by the most renowned international magazines.
