Glass
It is the perfect boblet for red wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is made possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

This wine is ready to be tasted now, with great satisfaction; however, it has qualities that allow it to evolve and refine over time, if properly stored.

Description
Bardolino Superiore DOCG is an intense and full-bodied red wine made by the Le Vigne di San Pietro winery, committed to enhancing the rarest terroirs of the denomination. This label is obtained from a blend that combines local and international varieties, namely Corvina, Rondinella and a minimal percentage of Merlot. By virtue of the proximity to Lake Garda and the fertility of the land, the vines can grow luxuriantly until the manual harvest, divided according to the vine. When they arrive in the cellar, the bunches are de-stemmed and pressed. Alcoholic fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks. The refinement involves two distinct steps, the first of which takes place in oak barrels and lasts 6 months, while the second takes place in glass after bottling and lasts for another 6 months. Excellent right from the start, Bardolino Superiore DOCG is a red that manages to reserve pleasant surprises for those who choose to wait up to 3-4 years.
