Glass
It is the perfect boblet for red wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is made possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

This wine is ready to be tasted now, with great satisfaction; however, it has qualities that allow it to evolve and refine over time, if properly stored, for at least another 2-3 years.

Description

The Alto Adige Pinot Nero DOC red wine from the Colterenzio South Tyrolean cooperative winery is a solid product that well describes the most typical expressions of the Alto Adige area. This DOC, the result of a pure vinification of Pinot Noir grapes from the Colterenzio and Cornaiano vineyards, is a high representation of the enological refinement of Südtirol. An extremely elegant wine born from a careful selection of the best grapes that have reached perfect ripeness and which, once rigorously hand-harvested, follow a vinification process on the skins in steel, at the end of which the Alto Adige Pinot Nero DOC ages for 6 months in large wooden barrels and large concrete tanks, before being bottled. The result is a high quality label for a truly surprising complex red wine, which is characterized by its perfect balance, freshness and excellent persistence.
