'Cuvée Latour' Burgundy Red AOC Louis Latour 2020

The Cuvée Latour Bourgogne Rouge AOC wine is produced in the Luis Latour winery which is located in the village of Aloxe-Corton in the prized Burgundy region. The Luis Latour winery is one of the most famous and renowned in the area and boasts vineyards that produce the best Gran Cru. The Cuvée Latour Bourgogne Rouge AOC wine is produced from 100% Pinot Noir grapes, located on plots south of the Côte-d'Or, with the bunches that are hand-picked from plants that are over 30 years old; the terroir on which they grow is made up of a soil rich in clay, limestone and granite. The grapes used for the production of Cuvée Latour Bourgogne Rouge AOC vinify naturally and are then aged for about 12 months in steel tanks. The result is a straightforward, lively and full-bodied wine of medium structure that can be drunk at a dinner with friends immediately after being released on the market, even if its characteristics are enhanced after 3 or 4 years of rest in the cellar.
