Glass
It is the perfect boblet for red wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is made possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

This wine is ready to be tasted now, with great satisfaction; however, it has qualities that allow it to evolve and refine over time, if properly stored, for at least another 2-3 years.

Description
Ignaccio Rosso di Montalcino DOC is a wine produced in the Il Marroneto di Montalcino cellar. Thanks to the passion and commitment of the owners, the company is one of the most prestigious in the area. The grapes come from Sangiovese vines, grown on soils rich in minerals and sand, located about 400 meters above sea level. The harvest takes place only when the grape seeds have reached ideal maturity and, subsequently, the selected bunches undergo fermentation in steel tanks with maceration on the skins. During this phase, continuous pumping over takes place. The refinement takes place in oak barrels for about 8 months and before being put on the market the wine needs a rest period of 6 months in the bottle. Ignaccio Rosso di Montalcino DOC is an intense and full-bodied wine, ideal for immediate tasting, but it can also rest in the cellar for over 5 years.
