Glass
It is the perfect glass for structured, intense, aged red wines or potentially suitable for refinement; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is possible by the prolonged contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous cup size.

This wine is ready to be tasted now, with great satisfaction; however, it has qualities that allow it to evolve and refine over time, if properly stored, for at least another 7-8 years.

Description
In the splendid Langhe area, Barolo Cannubi DOCG is born, one of the most prestigious products of the Chiarlo Michele cellar, which for over 60 years has represented a great reality in this area thanks to passion and perseverance. The grapes come from Nebbiolo grapes, typical in this area with a predominantly warm and temperate climate and soil composed of sandstone marls. The harvest takes place manually in October with only the best bunches. Subsequently, fermentation takes place for 15 days in oak vats, followed by the final part dedicated to aging in oak barrels for about 2 years. The wine needs a further 15 months in the bottle before being put on the market. Barolo Cannubi DOCG is an elegant and soft wine with great longevity, therefore, it can be left to rest in the cellar for about 10 years to be able to better appreciate its great qualities.
